Site Detail

The site detail area is where you provide information on the selected site.

The inspection frequency specifies how often this site is scheduled for an inspection.  The inspection frequency of new equipment that is created at this site will default to the site's inspection frequency.  The Assign to Equipment button will assign this inspection frequency to all of the equipment at this site, but only if that equipment does not currently contain an inspection frequency.

The check boxes and Ladders/Tools Required fields are only used for your reference, but can be very handy when planning out future inspections and knowing what equipment to bring or potentially rent.

Site Contacts

You can add site contacts if you want, which can be handy for things like like getting in touch with people to get into the inspection site, calling for an escort, etc.  These contacts differ from Customer Contacts, where these contacts are intended to be used for getting in touch with people at the inspection site, where Customer Contacts are intended to be corporate contacts for things like setting up inspections and getting in touch with accounts payable.
